Proposal: The applicant is proposing to modify the approved land use application for SP 18-02 to alter the office location; specifically, to abandon the use of the existing office structure and instead use a series of 3 modular shipping-containers combined to form one office building of 960 square feet with new parking spaces and parking lot landscaping.  The Conditional Use Permit (CUP) was submitted because the proposed structure does not meet the requirements of the commercial design standards listed in the Development Code, Chapter 3.26.  That section allows an applicant to propose alternatives through a CUP.
