Reimbursement Programs

The City of Millersburg has a long standing policy of reimbursing City residents’ expenses up to a maximum of $80.00 per household on an annual budget calendar basis for Albany Public Library membership fees for library services, and 80% of fees for recreation services provided by Albany Parks and Recreation, LBCC and IRC 501(c)(3) corporations listed below, up to a maximum of $200.00 per household, on an annual budget calendar basis.

Reimbursement under this policy is limited to Albany Public Library membership fees and for recreation services provided by IRC 501(c)(3) corporations as long as budgeted City funds are available.

Requests for reimbursement must include a receipt from the provider for services and must clearly identify that the reimbursement request meets requirements outlined above. Only those requests for reimbursement in which the expenditure(s) has occurred in the current budget fiscal year will be considered.

• Albany or Jefferson Public Library Memberships

• Albany Parks and Recreation

• Albany Community Pool

• Albany Boys and Girls Club

• YMCA

• LBCC – recreation services

• AYSO (soccer)

• Mid-Valley Little League

• Junior Baseball Organization (JBO)

• Pop Warner Football

Requests for reimbursement for agencies not listed above will be reviewed and considered for inclusion on a case-by-case basis by the City Attorney and City Manager or designee.
