DC 23-03 Comprehensive Plan Map and Zone Map amendments

The City is proposing to change the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation and Zoning classification on several different properties in the City of Millersburg.

1) Most of the old Simpson Timer property along the Willamette River totaling about 129.33 acres is proposed to be amended from a Comprehensive Plan Land Use designation of Industrial and a Zoning designation of General Industrial (GI) to Public & Semi-public and Public Facilities (PF) respectively. 

2)  A portion of City owned property totaling about 19.6 acres is proposed to be amended from a Comprehensive Plan Land Use designation of Industrial and a Zoning designation of General Industrial (GI) to Public & Semi-public and Public Facilities (PF) respectively. 

3) A total of 6 legal lots totaling 13.63 acres, currently owned by ATI Specialty Alloys and Components LLC located between the ATI facility and I-5 south is proposed to be amended from a Comprehensive Plan Land Use designation of Industrial and a Zoning designation of General Industrial (GI) to Commercial and Commercial Office (CO) respectively.

4) An area of XX acres surrounding the fire station on the north and east sides is proposing to change the Comprehensive Plan Land Use designation from Public & Semi-Public and the Zoning designation from Public Facilities to Commercial and General Commercial (GC) respectively.
